I would like to extend our gratitude to you and your team for your support over the design and manufacture of our "Longs Racks" project. As you will be fully aware, we are not easily pleased, like to remain flexible at all times and demand quality. Your response to these demands has been the difference between your company and everyone else. You should be very proud of the commitment your team has to quality and also your vision with new projects. It is no surprise that the "Longs Racks" has now become a National Standard within our company.

Pulse Engineering was contracted to design and automate the finished product carton conveyor system at Affco Imlay Wanganui. The job was constructed in the workshop in Hamilton and transported to Wanganui for fitting. There were minimal disruptions to production and minor time taken to enable the new system to operate without the manpower previously required in this area. The work completed by Pulse was of a high standard. Pulse Engineering were contracted by myself as consultant to Affco.

Affco NZ Limited has enjoyed a great working relationship with Pulse Engineering since the opening of the new plant at Horotiu in 2005. Necessity in getting jobs done while causing minimum disruption to production is essential in any commercial business, and with Pulse Engineering on board, we have been able to achieve this continuously. With immediate deadlines it is imperative that we have a reliable team ensuring continuous production.
